This allows enough time for a thorough clinical examination, full-mouth X-rays, a professional scale & clean, fluoride treatment & a relaxed conversation about your smile goals - without feeling rushed. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to complete a short new patient form.

If your health fund benefit for the included items is less than the offer price, a small gap fee may apply. The amount depends on your specific fund & level of cover. We use HICAPS for on-the-spot claiming so you'll know your out-of-pocket cost before you pay-no surprises. Patients without private health insurance can access this appointment for a flat fee. We take extra time to explain every step before we begin, there's no obligation to proceed with any further treatment at your first visit, & our team is experienced in helping anxious patients feel comfortable. If you have significant dental anxiety, we also offer sleep dentistry (IV sedation) for treatments beyond the check-up.
